Seven years,
one idea.
It started with one orthopaedic bed in a Sydney bedroom. Here's how we got from there to the treat cupboard.
-
2019Dazy Dog is founded in a Sydney bedroom. The first beds ship the following year, everything included.
-
2023We expand the range. More sizes, more covers, more styles, same convenience.
-
2025Our flagship store opens on Surf Road, Cronulla.
-
2026Our Cooling Bed won the 2026 Good Design Award.
-
2026Bolta launches as our answer to the treat industry.
Where it's made
Then we looked in the treat cupboard.
Andy and Brad got the bed right, then caught themselves handing their own dogs chews they couldn't explain. Aaron had his sights set on fixing that. Bolta is the answer: Aussie made, clean ingredients, with functional benefits.
The toughest critics we know.
Every chew gets a sniff test from our dogs, our team's dogs and a few of our customers' before it goes on here. No polite nibbles.
Our one rule
If we can't explain an ingredient,
it doesn't go in.
Read the label.It's short.
- Dogs have to want it.Tested on ours (and Aaron) before anyone else's.
- It has to do a job.Joints, calm, gut, coat, or just a long, happy chew.
- Clean ingredients.Real ingredients, in plain words, where you can see them.
Made by people we know and trustManufactured in New South Wales
As seen at the Dog Lovers Show
Launched at the

Bolta's first public outing, right next to the Dazy Dog beds. Jars of chews on the counter, a prize wheel by the door and a very long queue of very interested dogs.

Real people.
Real dogs.
Family owned and operated with a small Aussie crew. Every order is packed by someone who has owned, walked and spoilt dogs.
Come and say g'day at our Cronulla store.
Before you order
Things people ask first.
Is Bolta the same team as Dazy Dog?
Yes. Same people, same Cronulla store, same customer service. Bolta is our treat range.
Where is it made?
Made in NSW. The collagen chews are made in Wollongong and the functional chews in Sydney. The yak chews are twisted and dried by hand here too, from Himalayan yak milk.
Is it OK for puppies, seniors and sensitive stomachs?
Not for puppies under six months, and always supervise. Otherwise yes: the ingredient lists are short, so there is less to react to. Take the last bit away before it gets small enough to swallow.
What if my dog won't eat it?
Tell us and we will sort it out. Most dogs who turn their nose up at one flavour take to another, so we would rather swap you than leave you with something sitting in the cupboard.
How fast do you ship?
Orders placed before midday on a business day go out the same day. Standard shipping is $12.95, and free over $180.
Can I visit the Cronulla store?
Please do. We are on Surf Road, Cronulla, open seven days, and the dogs are welcome.
